Your team can step in whenever it matters, and every conversation is written back to LeadDriver, which stays your single source of truth.

New Vehicle Catalogue Search is now live. Redbook Integration!

LeadDriver now integrates with Redbook, allowing your team to browse and search vehicles directly from the vehicle catalogue when recording a customer's vehicle of interest.

Because Redbook regularly updates newly released models, dealerships can quickly find recently launched vehicles without relying on manual workarounds. This makes capturing enquiries faster, improves data accuracy, and helps ensure your team has access to the latest vehicle information when engaging customers.

We've also simplified the process by making Year and Variant optional when a vehicle is selected from the catalogue, allowing staff to save what they know now and complete the details later if required.

Hot Leads + Natural Language Search

With Hot Leads, you can now flag your best opportunities with one click, allowing sales teams to see the leads with a higher chance of converting to a sale at a glance. It's simple: when you spot a high-intent lead, mark it hot. Your whole team knows exactly who to focus on first.

Faster vehicle lookups

Service advisors can now look up customer vehicles using the registration plate directly in Scheduler — no VIN needed. When the vehicle make is supported at your dealership, the system automatically resolves the full vehicle details and pre-populates the appointment form. Manual entry remains available as a fallback for any vehicle.

ServiceIQ Home Check-In

Service customers can now complete their check-in before they arrive at the dealership — from their phone, at a time that suits them. Think airline pre-check-in: the key steps are done ahead of time, so customers can park, drop their keys, and leave immediately. No queue, no waiting at the desk, and no extra workload for your service team. Available now as a paid add-on to the service platform.

Radius already runs a high-performance caching layer built for the reliability and scale of enterprise automotive retail; that system now triggers a cache refresh on publish, so you get enterprise-grade performance with the immediacy you expect.

Dealership Trend Dashboard

Recent user research highlighted a clear opportunity: while our existing reports offered depth, customers wanted more visual, trend-based insight. The new dashboard gives sales leaders an immediate view of performance over time — best viewed in full screen.

Recently Viewed Vehicles

A new Recently Viewed Vehicles blade is now available across all dealership websites, making it easier for returning shoppers to pick up where they left off. The carousel highlights vehicles a visitor previously browsed — most viewed first, then most recently viewed — with each card linking straight to the vehicle detail page and sold statuses clearly marked. It reduces friction for high-intent buyers and reconnects them with inventory they have already shown interest in.

Simplified Website Search

Search blades across all Radius websites now show Make, Model and Price by default. Our analytics show 61% of customers search using those three filters, with only 39% using the remaining fields — so focusing the interface on the primary interactions makes it quicker to find vehicles and lifts listing views, especially on mobile. Year, Keyword and Location remain configurable and can be switched back on per website.

Suggested Actions

Suggested Actions saves reps time and gives managers reporting that reflects what's really happening. It uses live lead data to deliver one-click guidance — less admin, more selling, stronger conversions. Running quietly in the background, it surfaces the most relevant next step and reinforces consistent sales behaviour. This release includes 30+ suggested actions, and with insight from millions of leads we'll keep expanding them across more stages of your sales process.

Traffic Light Priority Filters

We've added another layer of filtering to the LeadDriver All Leads view. You can now filter leads by traffic-light priority colour — red for urgent, amber for pending, green for progressing — for faster, more targeted lead management. The filters remember your last selection, so the experience gets quicker each time you return. Available to all LeadDriver users.
