1992 | Dealer Solutions was founded

Dealer Solutions was established to provide automotive inventory distribution and marketing digital solutions to automotive dealers across Australia.

2018 | Acquired by Cox Automotive Australia

Dealer Solutions became part of the global Cox Automotive network, gaining access to world-class technology and expertise.

2021 | Cox Automotive Australia Acquires DealerCell

We expanded our capabilities with the acquisition of DealerCell, enhancing our retail platform and dealer services.

2022 | Rebranded as Cox Automotive Retail and Data Solutions

We adopted a new name to reflect our broader product suite and deeper integration across the automotive ecosystem offered by Cox Automotive Australia.

2025 | A new era begins: Indiqator

In 2025, we joined Vela and launched our new identity—Indiqator—bringing together agility, experience, and a renewed focus on empowering automotive dealers to drive performance with intelligent software solutions.
