What is Xtime Home Check-In?
Home Check-In is a native Xtime module that lets dealership service customers complete their check-in from home before they arrive — via an SMS link, directly in their phone’s browser. No app download required.
Does it require customers to download an app?
No. Home Check-In is entirely browser-based. Customers receive an SMS with a link and complete check-in from their phone without downloading anything.
How does the LeadDriver integration work?
During check-in, customers are prompted: “Are you interested in a new vehicle?” A yes instantly creates a qualified lead in LeadDriver with the customer’s vehicle details, service context, and contact information — automatically, with no manual work from your team.
When can customers complete check-in?
Customers can complete check-in the night before their appointment or on the morning of the day. They choose what suits them — there’s no single window.
What if a customer still wants to speak with an advisor?
Home Check-In is flexible by design. Customers who want face-to-face time can indicate that during check-in — their advisor will follow up after drop-off via the customer’s preferred contact method.
