1992
Founded as Dealer Solutions, providing automotive inventory distribution and marketing digital solutions across Australia.
2018
Acquired by Cox Automotive Australia, joining the global Cox Automotive network.
2021
Cox Automotive Australia acquires DealerCell, expanding retail platform and dealer services.
2022
Rebranded as Cox Automotive Retail and Data Solutions.
